We offer entity formation services for almost any type of entity. Form your LLC, corporation or limited partnership by completing the questionnaire on our website in just a few minutes. Turnaround times vary by state, ranging from almost immediate to a few weeks, and some states offer expedited turnaround options for an additional fee to speed up the process. You will be presented with each applicable option when completing your order through our website. And unlike other service providers, we do not hold your order in our queue based on whether you have paid us an additional fee to move quickly. We almost always complete and submit your filing to the state the same day we receive it.

Unlike other service providers, we do not request payment or any information from you whatsoever before you are able to view our intake form for your service of choice. On either our home page or our “LLC or Other Formation” Service page, simply select your entity type and state, and you will be taken to the appropriate intake form where you will see every piece of information you must provide to us in order for us to form your entity. What you will need will vary somewhat by state and entity type.

Our entity formation service fee is $125, which also pays for ongoing access to your Perfect Form portal following your entity’s formation to keep your entity information organized, access your entity documents and order any additional services you may need over time. You will also pay any applicable state filing and (if chosen) expedite fees, and unlike other service providers, we do not mark these fees up from what the applicable state charges.

No, we service customers from all over the world, and you do not need to be a U.S. resident to form your entity. Note that other compliance requirements may apply, depending on your country of jurisdiction, entity type and state, etc.
