California Senate Bill 347 Lowers Minimum Annual Franchise Tax
California Senate Bill 347 has been introduced, which would lower the minimum annual CA franchise tax for corporations, LLCs, LPs and LLPs from $800 to $80 for those entities with gross revenues below $15 million.
