We participated in a case study that examined the inefficiencies we saw in the corporate services market and how we solved them by designing a proprietary software platform and client portal that makes forming and managing entities faster and easier. We did this by designing (i) bespoke intake forms used to order new services that are jurisdiction, service, and entity-type specific based on the rules and regulations of each particular state, and (ii) an intuitive, easy-to-navigate client portal that makes finding entity data and filing evidence clear and obvious.
