Wyoming has begun offering expedited processing for eligible filings, but their fees are, to put it lightly, pricey…

• Same Day service: $1,400 (12pm MT cutoff)

• Next Business Day service: $700 (5pm MT cutoff)

The following filing types are not eligible for expedited processing:

-Any filing that can be completed online (e.g. formations, annual reports, UCCs)
-Securities filings or any document requiring inter-agency approval
-Any other document as determined by the WY SOS (because who doesn't love a good catch-all)

Note that submitting with expedited processing does not guarantee approval or acceptance within the stated time period, but only priority review. And the expedite fee is nonrefundable, including instances where a filing is rejected or returned for correction.
